Our Terms of Service are being finalized with counsel and will be published here; until they are, the current-code privacy summary above is the narrow operational description, Stripe's own checkout terms govern the payment itself, and the policy draft remains subject to counsel review. (Until 2026-09-04 this paragraph still said the rail had not opened — AF#2248.)
